Debbie McMillan

ABOUT DEBBIE

Debbie left corporate America after she had her first child. Her husband, who had previously been a realtor, suggested she obtain a real estate license and work part-time. She figured that she could easily sell three or four homes a year. Debbie obtained the license in October 1988 and found real estate to be like a second language. Her first month in the business, Debbie closed three homes...so much for part-time! That was over 34 years ago! Debbie has continued to shine in the industry. In the 1990’s she worked for the FC Tucker company and received awards for selling more homes than any other agent in the company and was named a Second Vice President of the company, In 1998, she purchased a Century 21 franchise and in 1999, led the #1 Century 21 team in the tri-state North Central Region. For several years the IBJ listed Debbie’s team as one of the top 15 real estate teams in MIBOR (the Metropolitan Indiana Board of Realtors). Debbie believes in teamwork and is supported by three buyer agents, a closing manager, and an executive assistant who oversees client care.
