Today Debbie is viewed as a trusted real estate adviser to her clients. Approximately 78% of Debbie’s business comes from repeat and referral clients. Recently, she sold a home for previous clients whom she assisted thirty years ago. Debbie’s commitment to expert service and customer satisfaction is what keeps her client’s coming back. In many cases Debbie has sold homes to 3 generations. Debbie states, “It’s so rewarding to sell homes to the children and grandchildren of past clients.” “I love being referred to as a family’s choice for real estate” To ensure every experience is good and consistent, Debbie has hired a great team who work alongside her to make sure every “I” is dotted and every “T” is crossed. Throughout the transaction Debbie checks in to update her clients via phone and text. She encourages her clients to reach out for anything they may need and is alway available to answer questions or discuss concerns. She celebrates Christmas with her clients by giving all her clients delicious pies.



To market listings, Debbie first works with her clients to determine the property’s value and develop the most advantageous strategies for obtaining their real estate goals. She helps her sellers with preparing a staging list of minor improvements and decluttering to maximize their home’s value. “We only do that if the client wants it,” she explains. “Some clients want to sell the house ‘as is’ to reduce stress.” Debbie emphasizes that it's important to understand the goal of each client and create options that empower them to make the best choices for their individual situation. She also sends clients a list of “helpful suggestions” they can make before the professional photographer arrives so that the high-quality photos ‘wow’ potential buyers. Debbie hires professional photographers who specialize in real estate photography and create video and photo tours. She works with ad placement, marketing descriptions, as well as oversees the placement of her client homes in over 3200 real estate search platforms. Once the house is listed, she maintains close contact with the seller to make sure they understand what is happening at each step of the process. The result of this thorough approach is often a quick sale at the best price for her clients.



Having sold over 3,400 homes, Debbie is a true expert! She uses her real estate expertise coupled with her experiences in corporate America as a negotiator, to keep her clients’ headaches to a minimum. If a crisis arises, her “can-do” attitude kicks in and she doesn’t stop until a solution is found. Debbie says. “If there is a way to work something out, we are going to work it out and get it to closing.” Debbie believes in creating a positive, winning situation for everyone involved and she always takes incredibly good care of her clients, carefully helping them to achieve their goals despite any obstacles that may arise.



What’s Debbie’s favorite part of the job? “I love being able to solve challenges and help people get what they want,” she says. To give back to the community, Debbie hosts a support group for widows and single ladies. “My mom is a widow,” Debbie says. “And I noticed there wasn’t much support out there for ladies in her situation.” Debbie organizes weekly meetings for the group and attendees participate in a bible study, share needs, and plan group activities. In addition to these, the group cooks and delivers between 60 to 75 home-cooked meals to sick, and elderly shut-ins or families with special needs.



For the future, Debbie hopes to continue to provide excellent, specialized service to her clients and help her team members grow strong careers!
